Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.
Pack Securely
Ensure the tea is in its original, unopened packaging and place it securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
