What is the shelf life of Ahmad Tea products?
Most of our teas have a shelf life of three years from the date of production. We recommend storing your tea in a cool, dry place away from strong odors to maintain its delicate flavor profile.

Are your tea bags plastic-free and compostable?
Yes, the majority of our tea bags are made from natural wood pulp and are plastic-free. We are actively working toward making 100% of our packaging fully compostable or recyclable.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
